Ahren had his first filling yesterday at the dentist. He was so brave! I told him beforehand that it might hurt a little and we prayed before we went in. He didn't even flinch when they gave him the numbing shot! I was holding his hand tighter than he was holding mine. I was so proud of him! I wish we didn't have to be getting fillings at all, but if this is all the more painful it is for him, I am relieved. He got a blanket to cover up with, and headphones to listen to the Cards home opener. He was such a trooper!
