The month of May goes by so quickly with all of the end of school activities - for both Ahren, Lydia and Tim's school. Here's a visual of what's been going on:
 |
| We are the proud owners of a trampoline! The kids helped put it together and did a decent job of getting the frame into a perfect circle. |
 |
| Happy Happy. Don't worry, we now have the cage set up so they won't bounce off. |

Enjoying a popsicle in the trampoline box! We are certainly getting our money's worth out of this thing already!
The trampoline has been such a big hit. The kids are playing together and making up games and giggling the whole time. Such a delight to hear from the open windows!
After a few hours on the trampoline we have tired kids. This morning Tim and I woke up to find Annie in the rocking chair, fast asleep. Who knows when she landed there! I love how she stashed her water sippie cup in the side chair of the pocket...just in case she needed while sleeping :) How can she sleep like this? It looks so uncomfortable, doesn't it? Maria is starting to march to the beat of her own drum. I found her sitting in the grass picking flowers after she wandered into the front yard by herself. I learned how to do freezer paper stenciling. So much fun!
These are gifts for some special kids who have birthdays coming up this summer.
Fun times here at the Muehleisen's. Staying busy and trying to love each other well. Important lessons since we'll all be home together this summer (which starts next week!) |
