For the next 7 days, do something very small but consistent for one person.
This week I've chose my SIL, Michelle. She went back to work today after her short 6 week maternity leave. I know she's having a hard time leaving sweet little Ethan. Today I texted her and mailed a card. Thinking about following up with a phone call one day and an email the next. If I lived closer I would bring her chocolate and a hug.
