Monica is the name of my hairdresser. She's great. I took the girls there last February to get their first real haircut before Ben and Janelle's wedding. Lydia received some pretend salon stuff for Christmas and she calls it her 'pretend Monica' things. A hair dryer, flat iron, eye shadow, fingernail polish...you get the idea. This afternoon they decided to fix up Maria. Here are some pictures...Maria was such a great sport!
Ahren even got in the spirit...oh the joys of having 3 sisters!!!
Here is a video - Annie was being experimental with where she put the makeup. Luckily this was all plastic stuff, so Maria won't need a bath after playtime :)
After they were all finished, Maria decided it was her turn to be "Monica". The other kids didn't want to cooperate though :)
